Thanks to their unique finish and professional thickness, Asia knives allow for repeated sharpening which in turn guarantees an optimal and long-lasting precision and sharpness.

The line was born from a collaboration with the company Pirge. They are made of a stainless-steel blade with a high carbon content through a high precision moulding.

While the hardening is obtained through the process of “ice-hardening” which guarantees a precise blade that is highly resistance to corrosion.
