Gastro line

Gastro knives were created in celebration of ILSA’s 70th anniversary and developed in a close collaboration with the brand Pirge. The series is characterized by the innovative HACCP plug-in system, which allows you to customize the knife with different coloured plugs to match the diverse uses.

The range is composed of 13 knives that come in various shapes and with 23 size variations. The razor-sharp blades and ergonomic handles make them perfect for the most demanding professionals.
