ILSA’s graters are made of stainless steel and available in various blades: fine, thick, flaky and universal! Ideal for cheese, but can also be used to grate oranges, lemons, vegetables, chocolate, ginger and much more!
Moreover, the Micro-thech graters are made with a special process called microperforation, which allows you to cut food evenly while keeping the blade sharp and clean during the process.
